About Me!

Minister Arnitta Monk is an ordained and licensed minister of the Worldwide Life Church and a global Interfaith and Hospice Chaplain with the Worldwide Association of Small Churches. She serves with compassion, transparency, and faith, meeting people at their most vulnerable moments with hope and spiritual grounding.

She is a Certified Christian Life Coach, and a Mental Health and Peer Support Champion, holding a national certification in Pastoral Counseling from the National Association of Christian Counselors.

Minister Monk is a Survivor of three brain aneurysms and proudly serves as an Advocate and Ambassador with the Brain Aneurysm Foundation, using her lived experience to bring awareness, encouragement, and strength to survivors, caregivers, and families. Her testimony stands as a witness to God’s sustaining grace and ongoing healing power.

Deeply committed to service, she ministers to individuals and families impacted by grief, trauma, incarceration, domestic violence, terminal illness, and life-altering transitions. Her work reflects a calling rooted not only in preaching, but in presence, prayer, and practical care.

She is a board member of Malachi Houses , Phenomenal Women Empowerment Alliance and Take Your Sister Out 2 Lunch, advocating for women, families, and community restoration.

Minister Monk is the founder and owner of Hey Ma Listen LLC, a faith-based organization dedicated to empowering children, parents, and communities through purpose-driven values, education, and spiritual development.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Worldwide Christian Leadership University and continues to write, teach, and speak on faith, healing, resilience, and identity in Christ. She is currently authoring new works and co-launching a podcast with her husband, Rev. Kenya Cagle, an award-winning movie producer and author of The Prophet: The Nat Turner Story.
