It’s been a while since I last sat down to write, reflect, and share my heart through blogging. Life has a way of ushering us into seasons where silence becomes necessary—not because we have nothing to say, but because God is doing a deeper work within us. Today, I return with clarity, renewed vision, and a strengthened resolve, knowing that the Lord has never stopped moving, speaking, or covering me.
During my absence, I experienced some trying and stretching moments—times that required more faith than understanding, more prayer than explanation, and more trust than certainty. Yet even in the stillness, God was present. He was guiding, correcting, healing, and preparing me for what comes next. Sometimes God quiets everything around us so we can clearly hear His voice.
I want to take a moment to thank those who continuously prayed for me. Your prayers mattered more than you may ever know. In moments when I didn’t have the words or the strength to articulate what I was facing, God used your intercession as a covering. I am beyond grateful for your steadfast faith, your powerful boldness, and your willingness to stand in the gap—especially during times when you may not have fully known the impact I was having.
There were moments when I had to retreat into what Scripture calls the secret place. That sacred space where it’s just you and God. No applause. No explanations. No performance. Just honest confession, surrender, tears, and trust. In that place, I learned again how powerful it is to whisper, “Lord, I trust You,” even when the outcome is unclear.
The Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This scripture isn’t just something we quote when life is going well—it becomes a lifeline when everything feels uncertain. Strength doesn’t always look like pushing forward; sometimes it looks like resting, waiting, and allowing God to restore what has been depleted.
I’ve learned that vision does not disappear just because we pause. In fact, clarity often comes because we pause. The Lord has shown me that what He placed inside of me has not expired. The calling still stands. The assignment still matters. The purpose is still unfolding. What God promises, He sustains.
Even in moments of not knowing, God reassured me again and again: “It’s going to be alright.” Not because life will be perfect, but because He is faithful. Jesus Christ remains our Savior, our anchor, and our source. When we confess our fears, doubts, and weariness to Him in the secret place, He meets us with peace that surpasses all understanding.
Today, I move forward with gratitude—grateful for growth, grateful for grace, and grateful for the reminder that delays are not denials. I believe with confidence that the best is not behind me. The best is yet to come. God is still writing the story, still opening doors, and still strengthening His people for such a time as this.
Thank you for walking with me, praying for me, and believing alongside me. Let us continue to trust the Lord, lean not on our own understanding, and move boldly into what He has prepared.
The best is truly yet to come
